Då jag i föregående inlägg om Christian Bale frångick mina principer att alltid anknyta till Thailand på något sätt (titeln på bloggen kräver ju nästan det), så kommer här lite mer Bale-fakta med thaismak.

Filmen "Rescue Dawn" spelades in i bland annat Thailand. Bale spelar där piloten Dieter Dengler.

Bale om filminspelningen:

"You're in Thailand, you've got these crazy ass Thai chopper pilots who are willing to do anything and they're saying that they're all setup with a stunt guy and I'm there and I said, 'Why can't I do it?'"

Hans favorit i Thailand var gräshopporna:

"They sell a lot of bugs you can eat, fried bugs and things, which I really took to and enjoyed eating,'' he says, adding grasshoppers were his favourite.

It really just tasted like a very crispy french fry. I would head off to the markets at night time and I wouldn't know what I was eating half the time.''

Sådär, nu känns det bättre!
